OnePlus 2 Mini Hits Certification Site With Images, Specifications

OnePlus 2 Mini Hits Certification Site With Images, Specifications
nePlus 2 Mini aka OnePlus Mini smartphone, which we saw listed in GFXBench benchmark results earlier this month, now appears to have been certified by Tenaa, Chinese telecommunications certification authority. The listing of a smartphone codenamed One E1000 shows the handset images alongside some specifications.
The One E1000 listing, thought to be of the OnePlus 2 Mini, shows a smartphone in a White colour variant with an overall design similar to the OnePlus X. The smartphone as per Tenaa will feature a 4.9-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) Amoled display. The Android 5.1.1 Lollipop-based smartphone will pack Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor clocked at 2GHz under-the-hood, clubbed with Adreno 430 GPU and 3GB RAM.
On the storage front, the unannounced OnePlus 2 Mini is listed to house 16GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via microSD card (up to 128GB). A 13-megapixel rear camera along with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera is also mentioned in the listing. Measuring 140x69x6.9mm, the OnePlus 2 Mini is said to weigh 138 grams and will come with support for 4G, Bluetooth, GPS and Wi-Fi.
Some of the specifications suggested by the Tenaa listing contradict that of GFXBench's. As per the benchmarking website, the OnePlus 2 Mini features a 4.6-inch display, Snapdragon 810 processor clocked at 1.7GHz, 4GB of RAM; 64GB of inbuilt storage with no expanding option, 12-megapixel rear camera, and a 5-megapixel front camera. Of course, these leaks should be taken with a pinch of salt as OnePlus has not mentioned anything about the upcoming device and the legitimacy of the leak remains questionable.
The Chinese company this month globally began selling its OnePlus X without invites. This means that interested consumers globally can finally purchase the OnePlus X without going through the hassle of getting an invite - however, Indian users still need country-specific invites to buy the smartphone.
