Halo 5: Guardians Requires a Massive 60GB for Install on Xbox One

A couple of days ago Halo 5: Guardians officially went gold and it appears that retail copies have already made it into the hands of some lucky few. While the origin of the images is unknown, they feature the box of the hugely anticipated Xbox One exclusive, revealing the installation requirement of being a massive 60GB. Halo 5: Guardians is surely going to be one of the best titles of the holiday season. According to Digital Foundry, Halo 5 provides an “almost” rock-solid 60fps experience, courtesy of 343’s implementation of dynamic resolution scaling. Microsoft and 343 Industries have released the Opening Cinematic for Halo 5: Guardians “Blue Team”, which  looks quite spectacular, showcasing the legendary Master Chief lead the Blue Team aboard a derelict Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) research facility to ensure its contents don’t fall into the hands of a renegade faction of Covenant zealots.
