The first alleged pictures of AMD’s upcoming Radeon R9 390 graphics card hace been leaked. Spotted over at Chinese forums, the card which is branded as the XFX Radeon R9 390 was pictured from the front and side section and while no details were revealed, this leak could imply that launch is not too far.

Note: Due to images being of really low quality, it was hard to figure whether the card was actually a R9 390 series or R9 380 series cards. Original Article: There are no specifications provided by the user who posted the pictures but given the recent rumors, this could either be a full or a cut down variant of the Fiji graphics core which will house the flagship graphics card from AMD in the Radeon R300 series family. As a successor to Hawaii, Fiji will offer better performance along with new technologies such as HBM. It is surprising that the card shown was the Radeon R9 390 (Non-X) which has to be based on the Fiji Pro die while the Radeon R9 390X will be based on the Fiji XT die. Some key details we know from previous leaks indicate 4096 stream processors and 4-8 GB of first generation HBM memory which delivers up to 640 GB/s memory bandwidth to the card.
The card is quite massive since it’s definitely making use of a reference designed PCB which means AMD might already have boards ready for shipment.
