God of War 3 Remaster Shown in Glorious 1080P

Two absolutely marvelous screenshots of God of War 3 Remastered have been released, and they show the impressive and powerful physique of Kratos in full 1080P.

God of War 3 Remastered screenshots show some very impressive progress, and of course the muscular figure of Kratos.

Dulashockers has been nice enough to post some very nice screenshots that accompanied a press-release regarding the upcoming God of War 3 Remastered. They show off the incredible work that’s been done to bring the title into the modern age.
The level of detail has been greatly approved with higher resolution textures, better normal mapping and fantastic lighting. It’s shaping up to be a good looking remake, the gameplay is already good, as we know.

The remastered version is shooting for a full 1080P experience at 60FPS. That isn’t an unreasonable target given the age of the underlying engine and the the resources available compared to the PS3, which performed fantastic on its own.
Regardless, God of War 3 Remastered should provide us with a great experience, provided the price is right. So check out the great looking screenshots above, but don’t get too hyped yet. It’s not quite here yet. The final game is set to release on June 16th 2015.
