The Oppo Find 7 is equipped with a quad-core 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 801 CPU while the Mi4 houses a Quad-core 2.5 GHZ Snapdragon 801 processor.
Storage and RAM
The premium Oppo Find 7 has 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB internal storage expandable up to 128 GB using a microSD. Meanwhile, Xiaomi Mi4 offers 3 GB of RAM and has either 16 GB or 64 GB internal memory. However, there is no provision for a microSD card.
Battery
This is the main selling point for both the phones. The Oppo Find 7 has a large battery unit of 3000 mAh. The Find 7 is available for $499, and the Mi4 goes for $399. They are both fairly priced, but the Mi4 presents better value for money.
